Aeromedic Wins Extended British Airways Contract
Umeco plc ("Umeco"), an international provider of supply chain and repair and overhaul services and advanced composite materials primarily to the aerospace & defence industries, announces that its subsidiary, Aeromedic has secured a significant contract extension for additional business with British Airways ("BA"), one of its major customers.

The 3-year agreement covers the provision and servicing of on-board first aid kits for BA's extensive fleet of aircraft as well as medical supplies to BA's Occupational Health units. This new agreement complements an existing BA contract held by Aeromedic whereby the company supply and maintain BA's on-board medical kits.

Aeromedic, recently acquired by Umeco's AEM business, supplies, maintains and overhauls on-board medical kits and therapeutic oxygen equipment principally to airlines. The business sits within Umeco's Repair & Overhaul division.

Clive Snowdon, Chief Executive of Umeco plc, commented:
